Scion Hospital is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Business Development & Marketing Executive - Maternity Services to drive the growth and market penetration of our maternity services across our branches.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that increase maternity patient volumes, referrals, partnerships, brand visibility and revenue, while building strong relationships with expectant mothers, corporates, insurance providers, healthcare professionals, community partners and other key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Healthcare Management or a related field.
Minimum one (1) year of proven experience specifically in marketing/business development of maternity services.
Demonstrable experience in healthcare marketing, maternity lead generation, referral development or patient acquisition.
Strong understanding of the maternity market and customer acquisition strategies.
Proven ability to develop and maintain business relationships.
Strong sales, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, meet targets and deliver measurable results.
Good knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting
