The Fleet Manager Assistant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company's fleet department. This role ensures that Trucks, drivers, and transportation activities are managed efficiently to support smooth logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing fleet operations and logistics activities
Monitor vehicle usage, driver performance, and compliance
Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation
Support vehicle scheduling and dispatching
Coordinate with drivers and internal staff to ensure operational efficiency
Prepare reports on fleet activities and performance
Follow up on vehicle repairs and maintenance schedules
Contribute to the smooth running of daily fleet operations
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Gender: Male (Preferable)
Industry Experience: Minimum of 0 - 2 years, strictly within logistics, transport, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
High resilience, adaptability, and readiness to handle operational emergencies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
