Key Requirements

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience managing an orphanage or residential children's home
• Knowledge of child safeguarding and protection
• Experience supervising caregivers and residential staff
• Understanding of children's welfare, healthcare, hygiene and feeding.
• Strong leadership, integrity, patience, and compassion
• Willingness to live and work within the orphanage environment
• Ability to provide verifiable references.

Additional Info:

• Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the various job positions.
• Candidates must be fluent in English.
