Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers State (with oversight across Lagos and Warri branches)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Occasional travel required)

Reporting To: Chief Training Officer

Grade Band: Grade 8 (AMIII)

Salary Range: N4.6M - N5.6M/Annual

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, high-performing Admin Manager to provide strategic and operational administrative leadership across our regional centres (Port Harcourt, Lagos, and Warri).

You will be responsible for streamlining operational workflows, enforcing institutional SOPs, driving multi-site vendor and procurement performance, overseeing fleet and facility maintenance, and providing end-to-end administrative support for our technical training operations and corporate logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Site Administrative Leadership: Direct day-to-day administrative operations, facilities management, and regional team supervision across Port Harcourt, Lagos, and Warri branches.
  • Vendor & Procurement Management: Lead vendor selection, negotiate contracts, enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and execute cost-effective office procurement and inventory controls.
  • Training Operations Support: Oversee trainee registration documentation, attendance administration, feedback tracking, and the production, acquisition, and distribution of course materials.
  • Logistics & Fleet Administration: Manage corporate fleet operations, vehicle maintenance schedules, fuel utilization, executive travel, flight/hotel bookings, and corporate hospitality.
  • Policy, SOPs & Governance: Formulate and rollout departmental SOPs, enforce organizational compliance, maintain security protocols, and coordinate internal/external communications.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

  • Education: Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field. Relevant technical/management certifications are an added advantage.
  • Experience: 5 - 7 years of progressive corporate administration experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or team-lead capacity.
  • Core Skills: Multi-site team supervision, SLA drafting & vendor scorecards, facility oversight, SOP development, corporate protocol, meeting governance, and training logistics.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
