Job Details

  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring efficient office operations, documentation, records management, and timely follow-up on requests.
  • Support assigned projects and initiatives by coordinating activities, tracking timelines and deliverables, maintaining project documentation, and providing progress updates.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, meeting materials, and other business documents as required.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and other corporate activities, including logistics, documentation, and follow-up on action items.
  • Maintain organised filing and record-management systems, ensuring documents are accurate, accessible, and appropriately secured.
  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and other external stakeholders to coordinate administrative requirements and assigned activities.
  • Conduct research, collate information, maintain trackers, and provide administrative support for projects and business initiatives.
  • Track assigned actions, approvals, deadlines, and deliverables and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide administrative support, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, correspondence, and travel coordination.
  • Coordinate engagements and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform other administrative and project-based assignments as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Engineering or closely related field from a recognised tertiary institution.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Minimum of Second-Class Upper Division (2:1) or equivalent GPA.
