This mid-level role owns full-cycle accounting across three business units, keeps statutory compliance tight, and lifts the performance of a small accounts team. Responsibilities

  • Own month-end close and reconciliations across real estate, hospitality, and construction ledgers
  • Prepare and issue monthly management accounts and project cost reports to the Head of Finance
  • Maintain audit-ready files and flag compliance gaps before statutory deadlines arrive
  • Process and review accounts payable, receivable, and multi-entity bank reconciliations
  • Supervise and review the daily output of 1 - 2 account officers against defined checklists
  • Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and tax and statutory compliance obligations
