Every applicant gets a match score from 0 to 100 based on skill match, experience fit, education relevance, location proximity, keyword match against your job description, project relevance, and technical proficiency. Candidates are automatically grouped into Top Matches, Potential Matches, and Other Candidates while they're in the Applied stage.
