Creating Goals
- Navigate to Development Management or My Development
- Click "Create Goal" or "Add Goal"
- Enter goal details:
- Title: Clear, specific goal name
- Description: Detailed explanation of what needs to be achieved
- Target Date: Deadline for goal completion
- Category: Type of goal (e.g., Professional Development, Project Completion, Skill Building)
- Priority: High, Medium, or Low
Goal Management
- Active Goals: Currently in progress
- Completed Goals: Successfully achieved
- Overdue Goals: Past their target date
- Update goal status as progress is made
Tracking Progress
- Update goal completion percentage
- Add notes about progress or obstacles
- Mark goals as completed when achieved
- View goal history and achievements
Best Practices
- Set SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound)
- Align individual goals with organizational objectives
- Review goals regularly and update progress
