360° review cycles enable structured performance evaluations with feedback from multiple sources across your organization.

Creating a Review Cycle

  1. Navigate to Performance Management > Review Cycles
  2. Click "Create Review Cycle"
  3. Enter cycle details:
    • Name: Descriptive name (e.g., "Q1 2025 Performance Review")
    • Description: Optional details about the cycle
    • Type: 360° (multi-source feedback)
    • Start Date: When the review period begins
    • End Date: When reviews must be completed

Selecting Participants

  • Include All Employees: Review cycle applies to everyone in your organization
  • Selected Departments: Choose specific departments to include
  • The system automatically counts eligible employees based on your selection

Configuring Competencies

  • Add competencies to evaluate (e.g., Communication, Leadership, Technical Skills)
  • Define rating scales or criteria
  • Competencies help structure the review process

Cycle Activation

  • Review cycles start in "Scheduled" status
  • Cycles automatically activate when the start date arrives
  • Employees receive tasks to complete their self-assessments
  • Managers are notified to complete reviews for their team members

Tracking Progress

  • View completion percentage for organization-wide cycles
  • Monitor how many individual reviews have been completed
  • Reviews are completed when both self-assessment and manager review are submitted
