360° review cycles enable structured performance evaluations with feedback from multiple sources across your organization.
Creating a Review Cycle
- Navigate to Performance Management > Review Cycles
- Click "Create Review Cycle"
- Enter cycle details:
- Name: Descriptive name (e.g., "Q1 2025 Performance Review")
- Description: Optional details about the cycle
- Type: 360° (multi-source feedback)
- Start Date: When the review period begins
- End Date: When reviews must be completed
Selecting Participants
- Include All Employees: Review cycle applies to everyone in your organization
- Selected Departments: Choose specific departments to include
- The system automatically counts eligible employees based on your selection
Configuring Competencies
- Add competencies to evaluate (e.g., Communication, Leadership, Technical Skills)
- Define rating scales or criteria
- Competencies help structure the review process
Cycle Activation
- Review cycles start in "Scheduled" status
- Cycles automatically activate when the start date arrives
- Employees receive tasks to complete their self-assessments
- Managers are notified to complete reviews for their team members
Tracking Progress
- View completion percentage for organization-wide cycles
- Monitor how many individual reviews have been completed
- Reviews are completed when both self-assessment and manager review are submitted
