How do I create a review cycle?

Standalone Performance (review cycles, 360s, PIPs) is on Basic and above, not Careersome Light. On a plan that includes it, open the Performance hub (Admin/HR), choose a cycle type, name it, set start and end dates, pick your audience, and write your questions. Starting the cycle moves it from draft to active.
