A Story is an AI-generated narrative summary of what happened over a period (daily, weekly, or monthly), built from your real activity, performance, and engagement data - not a generic template. There are three scopes:
- My Story: your own personal work-pattern and performance narrative.
- Team Story: a manager's narrative about their team's performance and health.
- Organizational Story: a company-wide narrative about organizational health, covering trends across teams.
Each Story includes a short summary, a longer narrative, and structured insights and recommendations you can act on. If there isn't enough underlying data yet for a period, the Story is marked with reduced confidence rather than inventing detail.
Who sees what: one Story per person/team/org per period/scope. Admins do not get a personal "My Story" or a "Team Story" (those are Employee and Manager views respectively) - Admins see the Organizational Story. Stories require the Professional plan tier (or Careersome Light, which includes a limited version).
