What is Onboarding and how does it work?

Once an offer is signed in Recruitment, the candidate flows into pre-onboarding, completes tasks and document uploads through a secure link, then transitions to full onboarding on their start date with everything carried over. Templates assign the right tasks automatically, and both the new hire and HR can track progress the whole way through.
