From the Journeys area, an Admin or HR user can:

  • Browse templates for each program type (onboarding, growth, retention, performance) - either the standard catalog or a version your company has customized (a "fork").
  • Assign a template to a specific employee, which creates milestones with due dates.
  • Track progress through the assignment detail view - see which checkpoints are complete, overdue, or at risk.
  • Cancel an assignment if the program is no longer relevant (e.g. the employee changed roles).

Employees complete their own checkpoints as they reach them. Managers can see progress for their direct reports; Admin/HR can see progress company-wide. Journey is included from the Basic/Starter plan tier upward, including Careersome Light.
