Reading the Candidate Activity Log
From a candidate's profile, open the Activity tab.
This timeline merges everything recorded for the candidate, most recent first:
- Stage changes, including who moved the candidate, from which stage, to which stage, and any reason given
- Interviews scheduled
- Reminders set
- Emails sent and replies received
- Team notes
- Scorecards submitted at each stage
Use this when you need to explain a hiring decision or check what happened before you joined the pipeline.
