Reading Diversity Reports Beyond Gender

See the applicant age mix alongside gender for any role.

From Reports, open Job & recruitment, then the Diversity tab.

You will see two charts side by side:

Gender mix, based on self reported gender at application
Age mix, grouped into 18 to 25, 26 to 35, 36 to 45, 46 to 55, and 56 plus, based on self reported birth date or age range at application

Both charts respect the report's date range filter, so widen the period if a role has few applicants so far.
