How Employees Enter Offboarding Employees are added to offboarding manually by an administrator or HR specialist when they decide to leave the organization:
- Navigate to Offboarding > Employees
- Click "Add Employee to Offboarding"
- Select the employee from your organization
- Set their last working day
- Optionally assign an offboarding template immediately
Assigning Templates

- Filter by department, status (multiselect), or search by name
- View last working day, completion percentage, and exit interview status
- Access complete historical data for any employee across pre-onboarding, onboarding, and offboarding phases
Employee View
- Departing employees see their offboarding checklist
- Tasks are organized by type: Action tasks (checkboxes) and Document tasks (file uploads)
- Document tasks automatically render file input fields
- Employees can mark their tasks as complete
