Key Metrics
- Total Review Cycles: Number of cycles created

- Total PIPs: Number of Performance Improvement Plans created

Viewing Analytics
- Navigate to Performance Management > Analytics
- Select date range (Last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or custom)
