The Knowledge Hub centralizes training materials, company documents, and resources for easy access during onboarding.

Adding Resources

  1. Navigate to Onboarding > Knowledge Hub
  2. Click "Add Resource"
  3. Enter resource details:
    • Title: Name of the resource
    • Description: What the resource contains
    • Category: Organize by type (Policies, Training, Company Info, etc.)
    • File Upload: Upload PDFs, documents, or other files
    • Link: Or provide a URL to external resources

Organizing Resources

  • Group resources by category for easy navigation
  • Tag resources for better searchability
  • Link resources directly to onboarding tasks
  • Make resources available to all employees or specific roles

Using Resources in Templates

  • When creating onboarding tasks, link to knowledge hub resources
  • Employees can access resources directly from their task list
  • Resources appear in the employee's onboarding dashboard

Best Practices

  • Keep resources up-to-date and relevant
  • Organize by onboarding stage (pre-boarding, first day, first week)
  • Include company policies, handbooks, and training materials
  • Make resources easily accessible and searchable
  • Update resources when company policies or procedures change
