The Organization chart is a visual view of your company's reporting hierarchy - who reports to whom, from Admin/HR down through managers and their direct reports. It's a read-only view for understanding structure, not an editing tool - reporting lines come from each employee's manager assignment elsewhere in the product.
Organization chart is included from the Basic/Starter plan tier upward, including Careersome Light.
