The Reports area gives you filterable, per-module analytics. It is reached from Reports in the dashboard. There is no single "analytics" gate that unlocks everything: each report category appears only when its module capability is entitled for your organization, so different tenants see different report tiles.
Report categories (each shown only when the matching module is on)
- Performance Reports: review completion, scores, and trends (
platform.performance) - Engagement Reports: survey results and engagement trends (
platform.engagement) - Development Reports: goals and skill development (
platform.development) - Time-Off (Organization) Reports: leave across the organization (
platform.time_off) - Compensation (Organization) Reports: compensation cycle and pay data (
platform.compensation) - Onboarding Reports (
platform.onboarding) - Offboarding Reports (
platform.offboarding) - Succession Reports (
platform.succession) - Recruitment / Job Reports: hiring metrics, candidate pipeline, application trends, sources, funnel, and per-job performance (recruitment core)
Tiles for modules you are not entitled to simply do not appear.
Inside the recruitment reports view you can drill into:
- Application trends over time
- Application sources and the application funnel
- Job performance breakdowns
- Candidate feedback metrics
- An insights list tailored to your role
Filtering Depending on the report, you can filter by:
- Date range (for example last 7 / 30 / 90 days, or a custom range)
- Department
- Job or job category (recruitment reports)
- Employee (where the report supports individual views)
Exporting Reports can be exported to CSV or PDF from the report's export action (CSV is the default). See "Exporting Data" for detail.
Good practice
- Apply your filters before reading or exporting so the output matches what you need
- Compare across departments and periods
- Remember that a missing report category usually means the module is not entitled, not that the report is broken
