What do I get on Careersome Light, and what are the hard limits?+
Light is free for up to 7 employees with one active job, 70 applications per job, basic AI scores, one recruiter seat, and one performance cycle per year. It's the real product, not a sandbox, but it deliberately stops short of full AI ranking, AI Stories, the chat assistant, and unlimited scale so there's a clear reason to upgrade.
How do currencies work on this page?+
List prices are in USD. We convert to NGN, KES, GHS, ZAR, EGP, UGX, TZS, RWF, XOF, or show USD for international buyers using indicative quarterly FX for planning. Your order and invoice follow your contract; when online checkout is enabled, we'll use the same currency selection where the payment provider supports it.
Why is pricing custom if you publish numbers?+
Published rates explain the product logic. Final annual agreements confirm headcount, modules, recruiting volume, billing frequency (including optional monthly on Professional+ at a 15% premium), and any implementation scope.

Recruitment-only is billed per active job per month, so at any company size it stays cheaper than licensing the full per-employee platform for the same hiring scope. When you need HR beyond hiring, move to the suite or modules without migrating your data.
Are there per-applicant or hidden fees?+
No per-candidate fees on standard recruitment packaging. Your quote lists what's in scope; implementation or custom integration may be quoted separately when needed.
