Develop and maintain websites using frameworks and tools such as Laravel, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Keep all websites running smoothly with minimal downtime; set up tools to monitor uptime and performance.
Manage domain names, web hosting accounts, DNS settings, and tools like cPanel and WHM.
Monitor and maintain our AWS cloud servers, ensuring they remain funded, online, and running efficiently, including basic cost and resource optimisation.
Work with the SEO team to improve website search rankings and technical performance.
Lead web and app projects from idea stage to launch, including planning, setting milestones, testing, and coordinating with external developers.
Systems Administration & IT Support:
Provide IT support to team members across multiple office locations, remotely or on-site.
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
Assist in managing overall IT infrastructure alongside the internal team, including servers, networks, and user access.
Set up and troubleshoot email accounts (Outlook, Gmail), Google Drive, and other cloud-based applications used by the organisation.
Support and resolve helpdesk requests, prioritising urgent issues and escalating where necessary.
Maintain records of IT assets, licences, and system configurations.
Communications & Security Systems:
Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot the 3CX VoIP phone system across office locations.
Assist with CCTV system installation, maintenance, and repairs.
Support other general IT tasks and departmental technology needs as required.

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Demonstrable experience with web development frameworks and languages, particularly Laravel, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Working knowledge of AWS cloud server management, including monitoring, basic optimisation, and troubleshooting.
Experience with web hosting management tools such as cPanel and WHM, and DNS/domain administration.
Practical system administration experience: user account management, network troubleshooting, and general IT infrastructure support.
Experience with VoIP systems, ideally 3CX, is an advantage.
Familiarity with CCTV systems installation and basic maintenance is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting skills across software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
Good understanding of SEO fundamentals and website performance optimisation.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to support non-technical staff across multiple locations.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently, including coordination with external developers/vendors.
