Job Description

• Build and lead a nationwide field sales & agent network that drives:
• Community & faith-based activations
• Corporate partnerships
• Campus & NYSC networks
• High-volume customer acquisition & conversions.

Responsibilities

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• 6 - 9 years in sales, growth or field marketing
• 3+ years leading field/agent/ambassador teams
• Strong B2B2C, FMCG, fintech, insurance or pension experience
• A proven mobiliser, closer and player-coach
• Comfortable operating at high speed and high volume
• SEC-sponsored individual is an added advantage.
