To ensure a positive financial status in the organization, proper cash flow management and efficient financial reporting for informed decision making.
To enhance risk assessment, reviewing of financial request for approvals and allocation of funds to concerned parties.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports, posting of cash flows and provision of financial data.
Collation and preparation of daily, weekly and monthly payment schedules of vendors, clients and other concerned parties.
Liaising with the project management team through project accountants to ensure financing.
Participates in the preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements.
Participates in the preparation and scheduling of PAYE, Pensions and National Housing Fund for statutory payments.
Ensures the provision of analysis on cash management, monitoring of liquidity to meet operational needs and executing controls on cash flow projections.
Ensures internal and external compliance with relevant laws, policies, regulations and participating in audits. Quality, Health, Safety & Environment.
Drive compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies, processes, procedures and applicable laws/legal requirements across Oilserv business.
Take responsibility for their health & safety and those of stake holders across Oilserv business.
Competencies (Skills, Experience, and Knowledge)
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in treasury ideally within EPC, oil & gas, or energy sectors.
ACA, ACCA, ICAN (Chartered Accountant) or CFA Charterholder required.
Good understanding of project finance structures, bonds/guarantees, and risk management.
