The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating product movement, monitoring stock and sales activities, tracking payments, reconciling customer receivables, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. The role requires a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail, accountability, and excellent reconciliation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between the Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
Coordinate and facilitate timely and accurate product dispatches.
Review and authorise product movements before products leave the factory.
Ensure all product movements align with verified sales orders and established internal procedures.
Generate and submit daily reports on stock movement and sales activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of available stock and dispatched products.
Monitor inflows into the company's collection accounts and track payment statuses.
Ensure prompt updates of payment information and sales records.
Perform daily reconciliation of stock balances against dispatch and movement records.
Match customer payments received against invoices and identify any discrepancies.
Reconcile customer debts, outstanding balances, and account receivables regularly.
Work closely with the Sales team to investigate and resolve receivables-related issues.
Note: This role does not involve direct payment processing. Payment processing remains the responsibility of the designated officer.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in treasury operations, stock control, reconciliation, accounts receivable, finance, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of stock reconciliation, payment tracking, and customer receivables management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting tools will be an added advantage.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
