Undergo structured training on automation, control, and instrumentation systems used in industrial projects.
Assist senior engineers in the installation, testing, commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting of automation and control systems.
Support site surveys, technical assessments, and data collection under the guidance of experienced engineers.
Gain hands-on exposure to PLC, SCADA, DCS, SIS, and Fire & Gas systems through project assignments and site activities.
Develop foundational skills in PLC/SCADA programming, testing, and commissioning under the supervision of senior engineers.
Assist in control system engineering activities and gain exposure to DCS, SIS, and Fire & Gas system implementation.
Learn to review and interpret engineering documents including P&IDs, Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Cause & Effect diagrams, control narratives, and control philosophies.
Coordinate with senior engineers and support communication with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams as required.
Support engineering teams in monitoring project schedules, site progress, technical deliverables, and assigned tasks.
Participate in technical training sessions and continuously develop knowledge of automation and control technologies.
Maintain a strong focus on HSE requirements and safe working practices at all project and customer sites.
Requirements:
To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduates / 0 - 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of industrial automation, control systems, PLCs, SCADA, instrumentation, and electrical systems.
Familiarity with engineering drawings such as P&IDs and control diagrams is an advantage.
Basic programming knowledge is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and develop hands-on technical expertise.
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced project environment.
Willingness to travel and work at customer/project sites when required.
