Territory Sales Manager At Cormart Nigeria Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory revenue targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with distributors, key accounts, and industrial clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and ensure consistent pipeline development.
• Conduct market analysis to stay informed on trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Monitor sales performance, customer satisfaction, and overall territory profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product Managers, Supply Chain, Finance) to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure timely reporting on sales activities, forecasts, and market intelligence.
• Supervise and guide junior sales representatives or agents (if applicable).

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Engineering, or related fields.
• 5 - 7 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, chemicals, food ingredients, industrial raw materials, or FMCG.
• Strong negotiation, communication, Presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively within assigned territory.
