The Telesales Advisor is responsible for making outbound calls to qualified leads, promoting loan products, handling objections, and converting prospects into successful applications. The role also involves tracking leads through approval and disbursement while achieving set sales and call targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to pre-screened contacts
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms clearly and accurately
Pitch loan products persuasively, tailoring the offer to the customer's stated needs and concerns
Proactively identify and handle objections using structured rebuttal techniques rather than losing the lead

Hand off qualified leads to the application process and track progress toward approval
Product understanding and ability to talk through product features and benefits
Monitor response-time and resolution SLAs; flag recurring complaint patterns to management
Meet daily/weekly call volume, conversion, and disbursement-linked sales targets
Requirements:
Excellent phone communication and persuasion skills in English

Analytical & problem solving skills.
Academic Qualifications:
Minimum OND/HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Social Sciences, or related field (BSc preferred but not mandatory)
