As a Technical Hub Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing resource allocation, operational efficiency, and performance management within the technical hubs.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth disconnection/reconnection processes, fault resolution, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
You'll contribute to:
Resource Management & Allocation - Ensure efficient deployment of resources within the technical hubs to support business objectives.
Operational Oversight - Supervise disconnection/reconnection and technical fault resolution teams, ensuring all assigned tasks are prioritized effectively.
Performance Tracking & Reporting - Monitor hub performance through Monthly Performance Reviews (MPRs) and share insights via weekly reports.
Service Level Compliance - Ensure all technical hub activities align with agreed SLAs, fostering accountability and efficiency.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement - Propose and implement strategies to enhance hub performance, driving operational excellence.
Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with various business units, control centers, and support departments to ensure seamless operations.
Incident Management - Oversee power equipment restoration efforts, ensuring timely resolution of system downtimes.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Work Experience:
A Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience from a related sector/ organisation with demonstrable understanding of the logistics/ distribution management process.
