Tech / Legal Sales & Growth Associate At Hr-on-wheels

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to law firms through WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and physical engagements.
• Introduce the platform, conduct product demonstrations, and explain its features.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with lawyers and law firm partners.
• Create simple demo videos, presentations, and sales materials.
• Track outreach, product demonstrations, leads, and conversions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in *Law, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications*, or a related field.
• 1 - 3 years' experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or a related role.
• Strong interest in *technology, legal services, and sales*.
• Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident and professional when engaging lawyers and senior decision-makers.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and platforms.
• Legal background or experience is an added advantage.
