Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily and periodic activities of partners against their assigned responsibilities, targets and KPIs.
• Maintain an up-to-date performance tracker for partners across departments, projects and business units.
• Track completion of assigned tasks, deliverables and Management directives.
• Follow up with partners on outstanding tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Identify and report delays, non-performance, missed targets and other performance gaps to the appropriate authority.
• Obtain periodic performance updates from departments, projects and business units.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for Management.
• Monitor compliance with approved work plans, timelines and performance expectations.
• Track action points arising from Management meetings and follow up with responsible partners until completion.
• Escalate recurring or significant cases of non-performance for Management's attention.
• Support Management in assessing partner performance based on agreed KPIs, deliverables and available resources.
• Maintain proper documentation and evidence of tasks completed and outstanding.
• Coordinate with HCM and relevant Heads of Departments on performance-related matters where required.
• Conduct periodic checks or verification of reported activities and deliverables as directed.
• Ensure that performance information presented to Management is accurate, current and supported by appropriate records.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the GMD or Management.
