Job Description

  • We are seeking a reliable and experienced Store Keeper to manage and oversee our inventory operations in Magboro.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive, store, and issue goods in an organized and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages
  • Ensure proper storage conditions and cleanliness
  • Coordinate with suppliers and other departments.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Must reside in or around Magboro.

Monitor the condition of stored items and ensure proper stock rotation where applicable. Support procurement activities by providing accurate information on stock levels and requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures relating to inventory management. Perform other duties as assigned by the Management. Requirements 1 - 3 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role. Good knowledge of inventory management procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management tools. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organisational and record-keeping skills. Ability to maintain accurate inventory records. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of integrity, accountability, and responsibility.
