Store / Procurement Officer At African Industries Group (aig)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Monitor stock levels and support timely replenishment.
• Source and procure materials, goods, and services as required.
• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers.
• Liaise with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain proper procurement and store documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing & Supply, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in Store Management, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant systems.
• Strong negotiation, organisational, and communication skills.
