We are looking for a highly skilled, creative, and technology-driven Digital Marketing, Social Media & Creative Specialist who can independently manage the day-to-day digital marketing needs of multiple business units under HOP Services.
This is a hands-on, multidisciplinary role combining social media management, graphic design, content creation, digital advertising, community management and marketing technology.
This is an execution-focused role.
The successful candidate will be expected to actively create, design, publish, manage, advertise, analyse and optimise digital marketing activities rather than simply coordinate them.
The candidate must be comfortable working across multiple brands, managing competing priorities and taking ownership of assigned tasks from start to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies across assigned brands.
Plan, create, schedule and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other relevant platforms.
Design professional graphics for social media, campaigns, advertisements, flyers, promotional materials and other marketing needs.
Create and edit short-form videos, reels and other digital content.
Manage online communities, comments, DMs, enquiries, reviews and audience interactions professionally and promptly.
Set up, manage, monitor and optimise paid advertising campaigns, particularly Meta Ads.
Conduct audience research, creative testing, retargeting and campaign optimisation.
Monitor marketing performance, analyse data and prepare reports with clear recommendations.
Support lead generation, promotions, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing and other digital campaigns.
Maintain consistent brand identity and quality across all digital platforms.
Use AI and emerging technologies for research, content creation, design, automation, productivity and marketing optimisation.
Manage digital marketing tools, platforms and digital assets efficiently.
Stay current with social media trends, digital marketing developments, AI tools and emerging content formats.
Work closely with the Marketing Lead to execute campaigns, launches, events and strategic marketing initiatives.
Manage multiple brands, deadlines and projects while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Track analytics and prepare basic weekly reports on follower growth, reach, engagement, and content performance, and prepare a report for weekly team meetings.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2 years' relevant professional experience.
Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands.
Demonstrable experience with graphic design, content creation and video editing.
Practical experience running and managing paid advertising campaigns.
Strong working knowledge of digital and AI tools.
A portfolio of previous work is required.
Experience working with multiple brands or in hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, real estate or service-based businesses is an advantage.
