- The Site Manager is the primary driver of on-site execution, responsible for translating architectural vision into physical reality.
- In this role, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage trade subcontractors, and enforce uncompromising quality, safety, and timeline standards.
- You will act as the crucial link between project managers, procurement, and on-site crews, ensuring that commercial interior fit-outs are delivered on time, within budget, and strictly according to global standards.
Key Responsibilities
On-Site Leadership & Execution:
- Lead, supervise, and direct daily operations for on-site workforces, trade subcontractors, and members of the Spacefinish Execution Network (SFBN).
- Enforce strict adherence to architectural, MEP, and interior technical specifications with zero tolerance for specification gaps.
- Maintain flawless site organization, cleanliness, and rigorous Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
Timeline Management & Resource Coordination:
- Own, track, and execute site timelines using project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello) to ensure zero schedule slippage.
- Partner directly with Project Managers and the Procurement & Supply Chain teams to track long-lead items, schedule just-in-time material deliveries, and optimize resource allocation.
Quality Assurance & Financial Discipline:
- Execute Spacefinish's standard quality control procedures, inspecting completed works against technical drawings before client handovers.
- Monitor site-level budgets and project expenditures daily using Excel/management software, identifying cost overrun risks early and proposing immediate corrective actions.
- Assist in conducting weekly site audits and generating financial/risk updates for internal stakeholders.
Communication & Data-Driven Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver concise, clear site progress reports (covering schedule, budget, safety, risk, and quality) using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Act as the primary technical point of contact on-site for sub-contractors, vendors, facility managers, and enterprise clients.
Proactive Problem-Solving & Risk Mitigation:
- Anticipate and resolve immediate on-site design, spatial, or material challenges before they impact project timelines.
- Escalate complex structural, supply chain, or design variations promptly with actionable solutions.
