Flight reservations and ticket issuance
Assisting clients with travel inquiries and support
Coordinating travel services and customer bookings
Managing invoices and payment follow-up
Handling customer communication professionally
Supporting the growth and daily operations of the new branch.

Minimum 5 years experience in the travel and tourism industry
Strong experience in flight reservations and ticketing
Excellent knowledge of Amadeus and other airline reservation systems
Experience in customer service, coordination, and travel operations
Ability to handle bookings, invoicing, and client follow-up professionally
Strong communication and computer skills
Ability to convert customer inquiries into successful bookings and sales
Ability to work under pressure and manage daily office operations efficiently
English language proficiency is required
Previous experience in a travel agency is highly preferred.
