Senior Travel Consultant & Ticketing Officer At Misk Al-khitam Nigerian Limited

We are looking for an experienced and professional full-time team member to join a new travel and tourism branch in Kano State, Nigeria.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in the travel and tourism industry
• Strong experience in flight reservations and ticketing
• Excellent knowledge of Amadeus and other airline reservation systems
• Experience in customer service, coordination, and travel operations
• Ability to handle bookings, invoicing, and client follow-up professionally
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Ability to convert customer inquiries into successful bookings and sales
• Ability to work under pressure and manage daily office operations efficiently
• English language proficiency is required
• Previous experience in a travel agency is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Flight reservations and ticket issuance
• Assisting clients with travel inquiries and support
• Coordinating travel services and customer bookings
• Managing invoices and payment follow-up
• Handling customer communication professionally
• Supporting the growth and daily operations of the new branch
