They are seeking an experienced Senior Strategy Manager to lead corporate strategy, business transformation, performance management, and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that will drive sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of corporate strategy and long-term business plans.
Drive business transformation and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
Monitor organizational performance and develop executive dashboards.
Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to identify growth opportunities.
Provide strategic advisory support to executive leadership and Board-level stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional strategic projects and champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
MBA or Master's degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of 8 - 10 years' progressive experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, Corporate Planning, Business Transformation, or Strategic Project Management.
Proven experience leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and advising senior executives.
Strong analytical, financial, commercial, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
