REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Oil & Gas Production Operations and/or Maintenance, with exposure to both projects and operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of Hydrocarbon Production, Operations Readiness & Assurance, Commissioning and Start-Up.
• Proven understanding of project execution, construction, testing, inspection, turnover and handover processes.
• Good knowledge of engineering standards, regulatory requirements, quality management systems and corporate management systems.
• Strong experience in HAZID, HAZOP, pre-start-up assurance and operational readiness reviews.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and work effectively across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, HSE and Project disciplines.
• Strong technical writing, presentation, coaching and people-development capabilities.
