KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, configure, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, IP/MPLS and network infrastructure.
  • Provide advanced hands-on support for BGP, OSPF, MPLS/VPLS, VPN, DMVPN, SDN, QoS, VRRP/HSRP, VoIP and related technologies.
  • Troubleshoot network failures, performance bottlenecks, and connectivity issues.
  • Configure and manage VLANs, STP/RSTP, EtherChannel, trunking, port security, IPSec and GRE tunnelling.
  • Support IP/MPLS service implementation, testing, deployment, and handover.
  • Perform proactive and corrective network maintenance.
  • Design routing topologies for Core, Access, Metro and Edge networks.
  • Develop automation tools to improve network operations.
  • Support cloud, security, SD-WAN, IoT, Big Data and other digital transformation initiatives.
  • Provide technical support to other teams when required.
  • Participate in on-call support and travel when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7 - 10 years of relevant experience managing and troubleshooting IP networks.
  • Strong knowledge of network technologies, protocols, operating systems, and structured cabling.
  • Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortigate and Bluecoat technologies.
  • CCNA, CCNP or other relevant professional certifications.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced technical environment.
