Senior Motion Art Director At Dlm Capital Group

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Motion Art Director to join our Corporate Communications team. If you are passionate about creating compelling visual content, motion graphics, video production, and digital experiences that drive brand impact, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction for marketing campaigns across the bank and its subsidiaries.
• Create visually compelling motion graphics, animations, and brand assets.
• Produce high-quality photography, videography, and video edits for internal and external communications.
• Design intuitive UI/UX interfaces for the bank's website and mobile application.
• Develop AI-generated video content and other innovative digital creatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver exceptional creative projects across digital and print channels.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in Motion Design, Art Direction, or a similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, branding, video editing, and creative campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CapCut, and other relevant creative tools.
• Experience with photography, videography, and video editing.
• Working knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Creative, innovative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
