• Workshop Technology & Precision Machining: Operation of conventional and CNC lathes, milling machines, universal shapers, precision grinders, and bench fitting. Thermo-Fluid Sciences & Power Plants: Applied thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, industrial hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC/refrigeration engineering. Mechanical Design & CAD/CAM: Machine design calculations, stress analysis, component modeling, and drafting using AutoCAD Mechanical, SolidWorks, or Autodesk Inventor. Materials Science, Metallurgy & Plant Maintenance: Destructive and non-destructive testing (NDT), metallographic ana lysis, heat treatment techniques, and plant preventative maintenance.
