Qualification and Experience A PhD. in the relevant field from a recognized university Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the university level Strong IT skills with ability to at least use Microsoft Office applications Demonstrate passion for teaching and commitment to student-centered learning Strong communication and presentation skills Knowledge of technology-driven learning tools and techniques Willingness to engage with industry and society to ensure the relevance of courses Active participation in professional development activities and continuous improvement Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and support academic governance Must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service (NYSC)
