Process Analysis & Improvement
- Identify manual, repetitive, and inefficient processes suitable for automation.
- Analyze and document current business processes and workflows.
- Design future-state processes that improve efficiency and productivity.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Engage business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and requirements.
- Gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear automation and technical specifications.
- Ensure requirements are accurate, complete, and aligned with business objectives.
Automation Design & Implementation
- Design, develop, implement, or oversee business process automation solutions.
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, UiPath, RPA, BPM platforms, and scripting technologies.
- Test and deploy automation solutions while ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
- Monitor automated processes and identify opportunities for further optimization.
- Lead and mentor Business Process Automation Engineers and other automation team members.
- Allocate workloads and monitor delivery against agreed timelines.
- Promote knowledge sharing, technical development, and continuous learning.
- Ensure automation solutions meet established quality standards.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the link between business units and technical teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define solutions.
- Communicate automation requirements, progress, benefits, and outcomes effectively.
- Drive stakeholder adoption and support for implemented solutions.
- Plan, coordinate, monitor, and report on automation initiatives.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and resources.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience or understanding of business process automation and digital transformation.
- Knowledge of RPA and BPM technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, RPA, or similar automation technologies is an advantage.
