The Senior Information Technology Officer will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining LCCI's technology ecosystem. The role involves ensuring high system availability, strengthening cybersecurity frameworks, and enabling seamless digital engagement through proactive management of IT infrastructure, web platforms, and virtual event technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems
Support and enhance LCCI's digital presence, including websites and communication platforms
Ensure system security, data protection, and compliance with IT governance standards
Provide technical support for virtual and hybrid events, including AV systems
Monitor system performance and implement improvements for optimal efficiency
Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers
Support internal users and provide timely resolution of technical issues
Prepare technical reports and provide advisory support to management
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years' relevant experiencein IT operations or systems administration
