We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner & Reward Manager to provide strategic HR partnership to business leaders while leading the organisation's reward, compensation, and performance management agenda.
The role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective reward strategies, driving the Performance Management System (PMS), and providing data-driven HR insights that support talent, engagement, retention, and business performance.
- Partner with business leaders and managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic HR solutions.
- Provide HR advisory support on employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and organisational effectiveness.
- Support organisational restructuring, change management, and workforce transformation initiatives.
- Use HR data and insights to identify people trends and recommend business-focused solutions.
- Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Manage salary reviews, promotions, incentives, bonuses, and other reward programmes.
- Develop and maintain job grading, salary structures, pay ranges, and reward frameworks.
- Partner with Finance to manage compensation budgets and ensure effective cost management.
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organisation's Performance Management System (PMS).
- Drive effective goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, and performance improvement processes.
- Support managers in setting SMART objectives and linking individual performance to business outcomes.
- Analyse performance data and provide insights to guide reward, promotion, succession, and talent decisions.
- Develop performance management policies, guidelines, and tools to improve accountability and performance culture.
- Develop HR dashboards and reports covering compensation, performance, headcount, turnover, productivity, and other key people metrics.
- Use workforce and reward analytics to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Monitor key HR trends and recommend interventions where required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- 8 - 12 years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience in HR Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, and Performance Management.
- Strong practical experience designing and managing PMS frameworks and processes.
- Proven experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, grading, compensation structures, and incentive schemes.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employment practices, and employee relations.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using HRIS, performance management, and HR analytics tools.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent is an advantage.
