ABOUT THE ROLE

Primestix Construction Limited is a seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Manager to provide strong financial leadership across budgeting, reporting, compliance, and cost control functions within our projects and operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Financial reporting, analysis, and performance tracking
  • Budget preparation, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Project cost control and financial monitoring
  • Tax, audit, and statutory compliance management
  • Payroll, vendor payments, and finance operations oversight
  • Support strategic financial planning and decision-making

REQUIREMENTS

  • B.Sc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 4 - 5 years relevant finance/accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and taxation
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems
  • ICAN/ACCA qualification is an added advantage
  • Experience in construction/real estate preferred
