Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Batching Plant Operator to oversee the daily operations of our concrete batching plant.
• The ideal candidate will supervise production, ensure product quality, maintain operational records, enforce safety standards, and mentor junior operators.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise the computerized batching plant.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections before production.
• Monitor batching accuracy and product quality.
• Coordinate concrete loading and dispatch activities.
• Maintain production records and operational logs.
• Monitor plant performance and report equipment faults.
• Supervise and mentor junior operators.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and company procedures.
• Support the Quality Control team during production activities.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of batching plant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of computerized batching systems and concrete production.
• Good leadership, communication, and record-keeping skills.
