Secondary School Business Studies Teacher At Rainbow Educational Services Limited

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and deliver Business Studies lessons in line with the approved curriculum.
• Teach key business concepts, including entrepreneurship, office practice, commerce, bookkeeping, and business management.
• Develop lesson plans that foster critical thinking, innovation, and problem-solving skills.
• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare students for BECE, WAEC, NECO, and internal examinations where applicable.
• Use practical examples and real-world business scenarios to enhance learning.
• Maintain accurate records of student achievement and performance.
• Encourage students to develop entrepreneurial and leadership skills.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business Education, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Education, or a related field.
• Relevant teaching certification may be required.
• Experience teaching Business Studies at the secondary school level is preferred.
• Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to engage students through practical and interactive teaching methods.
• Familiarity with both the Nigerian and Cambridge curricula is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated 21st-century teaching skills.
• TRCN certification is an added advantage.
